WebLinc launches DeepDiscount.com
Coming in at #105 on the Internet Retailer Top 500, Deep Discount was already a well-known name in eCommerce. With a new site built on WebLinc Direct, an expanded product offering and the everyday promise of free shipping, it’s poised to become an even bigger player. The flexibility of the new site allows Deep Discount to offer a greater assortment of products: The site now boasts a catalog of 1.2 million plus SKUs and 80,000 categories that cover everything from books and movies, to fragrances, costumes, electronics and party supplies. Providing descriptions for that many products is no easy task. WebLinc pulled data feeds from a number of sources to ensure a robust amount of information for the full catalog. We also integrated with a number of Deep Discount‘s legacy partners — and new ones — including Thanx Media, MyBuys, PowerReviews and Webloyalty. And with the ability to accept multiple payment types on one order, as well as use Deep Discount gift cards, checking out on the site has never been easier.
