Thanks for pointing this out. Fortunately we send all design work out to partners now and have stopped offering web design as a service due to our growth & performance on the SEO / web strategy side.

We will get to validating it someday when we can, darn sleep getting in the way of work :(

I really wish more companies would get into developing with web standards. I try to get it to stick at work but someone always ends up getting annoyed and throwing in a table. It’s nice to know other people in Philadelphia care about it. =)
