Another Big Thanks

So after everyone got their big, fat $100 rebate on all those free iPhones, we decided that our valued employees needed a little break from the hum-drum work day. So, sticking with the trend of pulling ridiculous feats of employee appreciation out of our asses, we got post-season Phillies tickets for everyone in the office.
So with the Phils on fire, the Mets sunk, the beer flowing like wine downstairs and our iPhones hopefully not turning into bricks with all of our third party apps, I guess you can say things are going well for Weblinc and Philadelphia at large.
Now for the end-of-Scarface-Tony-Montana-with-coke-all-over-his-face style pile of tickets…

Thanks, we miss you, too… How’s Vanguard treating you?

If you meant me, it’s rough …instead of free beer, trendy geek gifts, and dead frogs we get profit sharing, cash bonuses, and free parking. Woo! ;)

Well, I meant ‘Ed’, who was posting from Vanguard…
There are definitely benefits and sacrifices on both sides of the big / small company fence. Our environment’s not for everyone, obviously, but the upside is that, for the most part, you’re working for a company that does what you want to do.
Hopefully, what Vanguard’s doing will be enough to keep you motivated. You’re a great designer and I’m excited to see the work that you turn out when you’re somewhere that makes you happy. :)
